Description:

The PW25 is an assembly of a fork, mount , mount support and 16" nylon wheel and a pneumatic tire. This is a third wheel for the frame when it is being used as an expedition trailer or a push cart or animal pulled cart.  The PC10 wheel drop out set is the same as for all wheeled versions of the Equinox trailer system

Technical Specifications:

The wheel is a16"x 1.75"  nylon wheel with flange bearings.  A 7/16" x 4 1/2" bolt serves as an axle, connecting two 7/8" formed aluminum tubes which have been filled with a resin.  The are fitted into a machined aluminum block which is bolted to to a machined aluminum bar.  This bar is attached to an aluminum casting with a 3/8" x 1 1/2" clevis pin.  This casting is bolted to the frame and to a 7/8" tube that is in turn fitted into two aluminum mounts that are bolted to the corner posts of the frame.

The wheel dropouts are cast aluminum
